Today we have been looking at a range of books by Michael Morpurgo, I would like you to choose one book which would make the best class reader for us. remember to justify and explain your choice.
I think that we should read "cool" because I read the blurb and a couple of pages which was interesting. I also want to read this book because there is a footballer that comes to visit a boy (I like football). It also has an eye catching image at the start
I chose cool because in read it and it is sad and happy. There is a nice dog called lucky he made the hole story happen. I like this story because its is different to other books. This book makes the reader feel the story as it is real.
The book I choose from Michael Morpurgo is called 'Private Peaceful'. I choose it because of the front cover, but not just that it is also because of the blurb and the first page of the book was quite interesting.

My favourite book of Michael Morpugo is Cock a Doodle doo Mudpudle Farm . I like this book from him because it has a funny cover with funny animals on it.I also chose this book because when I read the blurb it was interesting and it had a beautiful picture at the back. Further more, I chose this book because when I read the first two pages he wrote it in a comic way and I like reading with a comic way.
I chose,My Friend Walter because it has genres like adventure and a bit of horror.As I was reading the first few pages of this book I thought it would be a great class reader book. Another thing is that it has a bit of everything.
I chose the Butterfly lion because when I read the blurb it was very catchy. As I read the first few pages it sounded like a brilliant story to me and the cover was eyecatchy.
My mysterious book that I want to read is catchy, mysterious and looks like it includes a bit of everything and all the emotions.

I got hooked to this book as soon as I read the first page and was eager to find out what happens next. I think everyone will enjoy this (even more than Cool).
